Week of 9/9/24 :

Conneely contracting : complete cutlec storm system, install 2 catch basins at site entrance and associated pipe, install east downspouts and tie in to cultec system, complete precast concrete block retaining wall NW at front corner garage to main entrance, excavate & prep for #10 front covered porches & portico sono tubes & footings, install sanitary to existing SMH, install sprinkler & water service, install electrical duct bank, rough grade site for turnkey anticipated move to site 9/16/24.
Michael Shea site contracting : anticipate starting street work for 3-phase - install underground vaults.
Pittol concrete : de- mobe shoring for SOD, form, tie & pour sono tube and footings for front covered porches and portico.
Turnkey : layout and snap lines for 1st floor walls

Week of 9/16/24 : Conneely continues on site services sanitary, downspouts, water, electric, prep for cast iron underground floor drains @ garage level
Turnkey : mobe to site, set bottom wall plate, deliver inventory, wall panels, lull, start installing wall panels level #1.

Plumbing contractor : start cast iron for drains
Fireproofing contractor : spray steel

Week of 9/23/24 : Turnkey: level #1 wall panels, deliver level #2 trusses & decking - install.
Michael Shea : trench duct bank at street ongoing
Plumbing contractor : complete garage cast iron floor drains ,test,,inspect ,install trap primers
Conneely : site services , backfill garage floor drains & & complete floor prep
Pittol : prep pour stops, expansion joint filler, slab dowels, wire, get ready for pour
