Week of 9/16/24 :

Conneely install downspouts south and west elevations, install gas/oil/water separator structure
Turnkey : deliver/install wall panels
9/18/24 :deliver/install 2nd floor trusses & decking
Custom plumbing: 9/18/24 deliver/install cast iron underground floor drains at garage level/test & inspect
Mike Shea: lay out work in street -3 phase
VMA electrical: build temp electrical service

Week of 9/23/24 :

Conneely contracting - gas/oil/water separator, down spouts south & west elevations, catch basin @ SW corner driveway w/ piping, sanitary line to existing SMH, backfill garage underground & prep for SOG, dig & prep for transformer pad, excavate westerly duct bank to transformer pad
Turnkey: 2nd floor trusses & decking, layout, deliver 2nd floor walls/install, 1st floor holdown hardware install, straighten walls & top plate
Mike Shea: install 1st precast structure at intersection of Stearns & Francis for 3-phase underground, install second precast vault at Stearns entrance for 3-phase underground service
Wellesley Light and Power: dig & install conduit to transformer location
VMA: install duct bank at transformer pad
Pittol: prep SOG at garage - pour stops, pre-molded filler/expansion joint/ridged insulation/6 mil poly vapor barrier/wire mesh/chairs/slab dowels/re - make two column box out diamonds get ready for pour #1

Week of 9/30/24 :

Conneely: start water service at street towards building
NGrid Gas: excavate & install gas service
Mike Shea: trench duct bank Francis street, install conduit, backfill, patch road
VMA: work on transformer pad/inspections/secondary with Conneely
Turnkey: 2nd floor walls and 3rd floor trusses & decking

Week of 10/7/24: Turnkey : 3rd floor walls and roof trusses
