3 week look ahead 9/30

Week of 9/30/24 :

Site contractor - Install gas/water/oil separator structure & backfill post inspection MWRA. Final grade stone for SOG at garage level
Plumbing - Pipe & prep gas/water/oil separator and schedule MWRA inspection ,continue work underground at garage
Site Contractor - Resume street work on 3 phase duct bank in street, cutting pavement 10/2/24 expected completion 10/9/24 plus or minus
Frame - 2nd floor walls install complete by 10/1/24
Deliver 3rd floor trusses starting 10/2/24 complete by with decking  10/9/24
Electrical - set and install temp electrical service
Install 1st floor temp lights
Install garage level rough under slab conduits for charging stations

Week of 10/7/24:

Frame - Continue install 3rd floor trusses & decking complete by 10/9/24, deliver 3rd floor wall panels & start installing 10/10/24 & complete by 10/16/24
Plumbing - layout 1st & 2nd floor plumbing penetrations, complete piping and venting gas/water/oil separator.
Site Contractor - Complete phase 3 duct bank in street
Stub out of street water, tel/data, electric, transformer pad, sewer tie in to existing SMH, install #10 sono tubes/ footings for front porches
Spray fireproofing on steel at garage level
Concrete - prep pour stops, expansion joint, wire mesh, for pour #1 SOG
Pour sono tubes at front porches, form and pour front porch slabs - ( stamped concrete )

Week of 10/14/24 :

Frame - Complete 3rd floor walls, start delivering roof trusses, start setting roof trusses & complete roof decking by 10/30/24, ready for roofing by 10/31/24, install AVB & window blocking
Concrete - Pour #1 SOG on 10/14/24 , prep for pour #2 SOG on 10/17/24
Site - Continue site street services
Plumbing - Start coring SOD for plumbing
Fire Protection - Start fire protection on give or take 10/21/24, am scheduled to meet with them Friday 10/4/24 to coordinate work.
Schedule windows for delivery ASAP.
