Week of 9/23/24 :

Plumbing : garage cast iron for drains/inspect
Frame: second floor floor trusses installed
Second floor decking complete
Cantilevered beams on site/start second floor walls/continue to Deliver second floor walls to site
Start installing structure #1 at Francis & Stearns, start install Structure #2 at Stearns/site entrance

Week of 9/30/24 :

Plumbing: complete incomplete work. Lay out for cores 1st floor plumbing penetrations/core holes
Frame: second floor walls
Excavating: start Francis street underground duct. Duct bank (150’ per day = goal)
Electrical: install temp electrical service
Excavating: install gas/water/oil separator, connect sanitary to SMH, install and finish pipe to SW catch basin, complete downspouts, start water tie in at street, schedule N- Grid Gas to install gas service
Start prep for electrical service (secondary to transformer pad)
Prep garage SOG for concrete pour

Week of 10/7/24 :  

Frame: deliver 3rd floor trusses & install
Excavating: continue water, electric, tel/data services to building
Fireproof steel
