Week of 10/7/24:

Frame - 3rd floor decking & wall panels
Spray Fireproof - tack coat & fire proofing steel
Site - duct bank on Francis road
Plumbing - with Reskon aquired MWRA inspection for gas, oil water separator, complete piping & venting post inspection

10/8/24 @ 10:00 am on site meet with kitchen and bath sub

Week of 10/14/24 :

Frame - 3rd floor walls , roof trusses
Site - dig under slab trenches for charging stations, set catch basin @ sw corner, hook up 6” sanitary to existing SMH, dig trenches for radon piping, backfill to slab grade
Electrical - under SOG conduits for charging stations, garage door operator, conduit for future generator back to electrical room
Concrete - prep for SOG - poly, wire, pour stops, expansion joint premounded filler, slab dowels
                       

Week of 10/21/24:

Frame - Roof trusses, roof decking, blue skin exterior walls, window blocking, roof blocking for RTU’s & penetrations
Concrete - Pour garage pour #1, column wraps, exterior front porch footings & piers, set light pole bases, prep & pour garage SOG pour #2
Water proofing sub - AVB south, east & west exposed concrete
Site - Prep for front porch footings & piers, water service, set transformer pad, electrical duct bank secondary, tel/ data duct bank, site lighting
Electrical - set duct bank, secondary, transformer pad, tel data duct bank, light poles with templates
