3 Week look ahead 8/12

Week of 8/12/24- Steel install sequence #3 deck support wall angle, sequence #1 ,#2 & #3 decking, install sequence #1 & #2 safety.

Week of 8/19/24 - Steel complete sequence #3 decking & safety by 8/20/24, on 8/21/24 start Nelson studs - complete by 8/23/24. Inspect steel on 8/20/24 at 12pm. Inspect studs on 8/21/24 .
Excavation - install down spouts, storm system, excavate for garage floor drains, prep for exterior balcony footings ,drain manholes & pipe, sewer tie in

Week of 8/26/24- Excavating: continue site drainage & infrastructure
Concrete : prep SOD for wire mesh, pour stops, rebar, form footings for balcony’s. Pour SOD on 8/29/24 - 15,000 sq. Ft. (approximate  200 cubic yards).
MEP’s prep SOD with sleeves penetrations, box outs
