3 week look ahead 7/29

Week of 7/22/24 : Plumbing underground re-inspection  -7/23/24 mid morning
Excavation with Plumbing: backfill plumbing to grade elevation 108’-00”./prep trench w/ sand for garage floor drains and install, prep for SOG with 3/4” stone post inspection
Week of 7/29/24: Excavation continues and prep slab grade on either side of garage travel lane, Steel deliver crane and steel and start erecting sequence #1
Plumbing: installing garage floor drains starting at sequence #3 then #2
Week of 8/5/24 : Rens steel continue erecting Sequence #2 into #3 , decking for sequence #1 on steel.

Projected duration for Steel to complete scope is estimated to be 5-6 weeks which puts us at the 1st or 2nd week of September.
