Week of 3/17/25:

Siding - Siding/trim of west and front elevations

Sprinkler - Level 1 rough ongoing, take delivery of 3rd level black iron mains/start attic rough mains

Electrical - Level 1 roughs, cut in panels on level 1 and 3

HVAC - Level 1 roughs, line sets to the roof

Plumbing - Level 1 water piping, receive 1st shipment of tubs, install tubs and shower valves level 1 and 2, vents through the roof

Roofing - Shingle front porch roofs

Week of 3/24/25:

Frame level 1 decks units 106 and 107, punch list on decks south elevation, clean up yard

Steel - Install added beams

Siding on going

Sprinkler - install dry system level 3 attic mains

Electrical - line sets to the roof, level 1 roughs, start switchgear

HVAC - line sets to the roof, level 1 and 2 roughs clean up punch

Plumbing - Level 1 pvc rough on going, water piping, tub sets and valves at level 2 ongoing, roof vents, and shower pan drains

Verizon - Install micro duct for all units

Week of 3/31/25:

Siding on going

Roof boots/pitch pockets/candy canes

Sprinkler - Level 3 attic dry system and wet roughs

Electrical - Level 1 rough ongoing, switch gear ongoing, rough EMR

HVAC - Line sets, RTUs, level 1 rough ongoing/rough EMR

Plumbing - Set tubs and valves on 1 and 2, shower drains, and valves on 1 and 2, and roof vents

Rough inspections electrical, plumb, sprinkler, hvac and insulation week of 3/31/25 level 2
