Siding - siding , decking
Concrete - SOD cores
Sprinkler - level #3 dry system mains
HVAC - install level #2  bath ceiling exhaust fans
Plumbing - level #1 water piping, pvc drops to garage, tie in roof drains & remove temps
Electrical - level #1 roughs, clean up misc. level #2, wire ceiling bath fans, call in for rough inspection level #2 & #1, send out for BDA design
Frame - punch interior built up LVL beams w/truss lock screws, complete rear decks
Steel - move newly installed beam 12” - layout by super Ed wrong 12” at unit #108, install second beam at unit number #101
Week of 4/7/25:
Siding - siding ,decking
Sprinkler - level #3 dry system
HVAC - level #1 bath exhaust fans ,level #3 bath exhaust fans, level #2  cassettes , rooftop equipment , roof penetrations
Plumbing -roof penetrations,level #2 rough inspection
Electrical - run unit power feeds to roof rtu’s, roof penetrations, start switchgear
Frame- exterior decks & punch
Framers - frame interior walls/posts at unit #’s 101,201,108,208 jack beam & install posts
Fire caulk levels #2, 1, 3
Week of 4/14/25:
Siding - rear decks & siding
Sprinkler - level # 3 wet system
HVAC - level #2  rough inspection ,level #1 rough inspection , set rooftop units , install level #2,#1  hallway cassettes & garage elevator lobby
Electrical - switch gear install ongoing , send rooftop power feeds through roof, wire RTU’s, install BDA design. (we need 18”x 18” ceiling access panel at each BDA antenna location along with 2 hour rated closet for panel on second floor trash room north wall ,2 feet deep with 3’-0#x 7’-door w/ locking hardware )
Plumbing: level #1 rough inspection, set tubs / shower pans level #2
