Plumbing: level #2 water piping ongoing ,level # 1 pvc rough on going , layout for sod cores & roof penetrations
Roofing : roof front porches ( weather dependent )

Week of 2/24/25 :

Siding continues
Sprinkler : level #1 rough on going / level #3 & attic & garage dry
Electrical: level #1 rough ongoing
HVAC : level #2 & #1  rough ongoing , possible line sets
Plumbing :level #2 water piping ,level #1 pvc rough ongoing
Concrete : start cores SOD
All MEP’s rough inspections level #2 / building inspection level #2

Week of 3/3/25 :
