Week of 12/2/24:

Site to back fill secondary electrical service, excavate tel/data trench, excavate front column/pier footings, backfill tel/data trench, set transformer pad
Concrete: Form/pour front porch column pier footings and piers post excavation, garage diamonds
Siding: Continues window blocking, flashing, pvc trim, window install, hardie soffit material install, rigid wall install
Frame: Continue on stairs ,exterior decks post info from ARCHITECT/ Structural Engineer
Sprinkler: Start rough
Roofing: Continue roofing
Plumbing: cComplete gas, oil, water separator tank plumbing, start building roughs
HVAC: Start roughs
Electrical: Install transformer ground rods & cable, start layout & boxes
Drywall Contractor: Fire tops at hallways & 3rd floor to underside of roof sheathing, frame garage electrical, sprinkler rooms and garbage storage rooms.

Week of 12/9/24:

Concrete: Complete front porch piers and strip forms
Site: Back fill tel/ data trench, front concrete piers, tie into smh sanitary, catch basin, rough grade for binder, set 6” Galvin Bollards for gas and transformer pad
Siding: Continue window & door install, exterior wall insulation, siding, hardie siding and soffit
Frame: Stairs, decks, front porches
Plumbing: Continue roughs
Sprinkler: Continue roughs
HVAC: Continue roughs
Drywall Contractor: Fire tops, demising walls at roof

Week of 12/16/24 :              

Roofing: Roofing at front porches, cut in & flash penetrations
Site: Rough grading, tie into SMH/catch basin
Siding: Window, exterior insulation, soffit, siding, water table
Frame: Decks, punch
Plumbing: Roughs, water service
Sprinkler: Service, roughs
HVAC: roughs, roof top units, line sets
Drywall contractor: fire tops level #3 above level #3 ceiling
