3 week look ahead 11/18

Week of 11/18/24:

Site - Finish water service Monday 11/18/24, excavate electrical secondary duct bank house to transformer pad Tuesday by 10:00am, prep rough grade for plumbing at gas, oil, water separator tank to plumb inlets and vents. Backfill secondary electrical duct bank post inspection Thursday 11/21/24 (pending anticipated rain 1-2”)
Frame: Tues 11/19/24 - 4 men receive and stock windows in garage level. Window blocking and window install
Siding: Installing blue skin & pvc trim - currently 11/19/24 is at 90% complete
Electrical: Install secondary duct bank Wednesday 11/20/24 & inspect, install transformer pad Thursday 11/20/24
Plumbing: Plumb gas, oil, water separator tank Wednesday 11/20/24, layout first floor for cores on sod
Roofing: To be back on site Wednesday 11/20/24 to resume roofing, pending rain, membrane & slope roofs should be complete by end of week

Week of 11/25/24:

Site - backfill gas, oil, water separator tank and electrical secondary duct bank, excavate tel/ data trench, excavate for front porches and entry canopy footings/piers.
Electrical: Install tel/data conduits house to pole #3
Frame: window blocking & window install
Siding: Attach insulation at exterior post window install / hardy siding
Roofing: Should be completing roofing this week except front porches
Plumbing : First floor roughs/garage ceiling roughs
Sprinkler: Start roughs
HVAC: Start roughs
Drywall Contractor: Fire tops levels 1, 2, & 3
Concrete: Pour garage diamonds, form and pour front ftgs. & piers for porches and front canopies.

Week of 11/02/24:

Site: backfill tel data duct bank, backfill front porch footings/piers, install light pole bases, prep for binder, complete additional precast concrete wall (CO)
Frame: window blocking, window & door install ongoing
Sprinkler - Rough ongoing/stand pipes at both stairs/sprinkler room
Plumbing - Rough on going
Electrical - Rough start - switch gear at garage level/levels 1/2/3
Side: Exterior insulation/ siding
HVAC: Rough ongoing / set RTU’s
