Week of 11/4/24 :

Frame completing nailing off exterior holdown straps, finishing roof plywood, frame and close in front gables, install pt 1x8 window blocking, start install windows post delivery
Siding: Start installing blue skin AVB Front of building 1st .
Site: Water ,electrical, tel/data services, backfill gas, oil, water separator .
Plumbing: pipe in gas, oil, water separator along with Site and inspect. Layout podium floor for cores, 2nd & 3rd floors for roughs, start roughs. Layout roof drains & install
Fire Protection: Waiting for drawings from in house engineer to start
Waterproofing : continue waterproofing exterior foundation walls
Electrical: build temp service for temp power for job
Concrete: strip diamonds and pour & finish

Week of 11/11/24 :

Frame: stairs, window blocking, flash & install windows, build remaining exterior decks - waiting for stas & drt for design
Siding: installing blue skin avb, exterior pvc trim fascia’s and gable end rakes
Waterproofing: should wrap up foundation exterior waterproofing
Site: continue on street services water, electric, tel/data, excavate for front sono tubes/ column support bases
Concrete: form & pour column support bases for front porches
Plumbing: roughs - garage ceiling
Fire protection: rough garage and 1 st floor
Electrical: temp lighting, transformer pad, duct bank
HVAC: start roughs - line sets, rooftop blocking
Roofing: start roofing

Week of 11/18/24:

Site: sewer tie into existing smh, light poles, sub grade for binder
Frame: stairs, windows, decks
Siding: AVB ( blue skin), trim ,siding
Fire protection: roughs 1st floor to second floor
HVAC: roughs garage to 1st floor
Roofing: continue slopes, finishing flat, penetrations
Plumbing: 1st floor
