Frame : continue roof trusses, roof sheathing, frame balcony decks east & south elevations, framing stairs level #1 to level #3 , start window blocking Tuesday

10/29/24 post blocking delivery, sub fascia’s & sub rakes, clean areas
Concrete: Seal concrete pour #1 SOG, strip pour stops, place 6 mil poly A&B, wire, chairs, expansion pre-mounded filler, speed dowels, pour stops for garage door apron & set Galvin angle, place and finish 126 yds pour #2 SOG Thursday 10/31/24, cut & seal concrete Friday 11/1/24 strip pour stops
Deliver blue skin Wednesday 10/30/24 1st am, deliver 1x8 blocking Tuesday 10/29/24
Waterproofing: to be on site to waterproof East,south & west exposed concrete walls start Wednesday 10/30/24
Siding contractor to be on site Wednesday 10/30/24 for coordination with blue skin, window flashing mock up.
Roofing - dialed up to start roofing 2nd week of Nov. (week of 11/4/24 )
Plumbing : also dialed up for temp roof drains during roof install

Week of 11/4/24:

Frame: continue roof decking, window blocking, window and door install, sub rake and fascia blocking, continue stair build
Waterproofing continue applying waterproofing to exposed concrete
Continue installing blue skin AVB & flashing window and door install, trim rakes, fascia’s & soffits
Roofing : start roofing
Plumbing : coordinate / layout plumbing penetrations & start roughs
Building services : water,electric ,tel data , sewer
N Grid - install gas service
Electrical - temp service, duct banks for electrical, tel/ data
Fire Protection : start coordinating/roughs
HVAC contractor: coordinate penetrations/roughs/blocking for RTU ‘s

Week of 11/11/24 :

Site services to street should conclude this week, install precast light pole bases, front porch footings/column support bases w/Pittol
Frame: balconies, rails, rear decks, front porches, front balconies & rails
Roofing : completing roofing / flash in penetrations
Siding, blue skin, trim continues
Plumbing: roughs continue
Fire protection : continues
HVAC contractor : roughs, coordination continue
Electrical: start roughs post tight envelope , switch gear
Elevator : dialed up to deliver and start 1 week post permanent power on
