3 week look ahead 11/11

Week of 11/11/24:

Install transformer pad, dig primary duct bank to street structure 11/14/24 -11/15/24
Electrical: Install secondary duct bank conduits to transformer pad, ground
Siding contractor: installing blue skin AVB ( currently at 50% complete
Roofing: load roof with taper insulation today - Monday 11/11/24 start installing
Water proofing: continue water proofing south exposed concrete
Frame in roof at elevator lobby/correct opening and frame
Roof hatch at south stair, frame gable ends at front elevation
Plumbing: bring #4 roof drains to site 11/11/24 Monday morning for roofing to install, layout for cores and cuts at level #1,#2, &#3, temp in roof drains. Start roughs
Sprinkler: roughs - pending approved fab drawings
Site: install water service out of street, excavate secondary electrical service
Hvac: coordinate roughs with fellow trades/pitch pockets with sector roofing
Concrete: strip diamonds at garage level and place and finish concrete  
NGrid Gas : install gas service

Week of 11/18/24:

Deliver window & door order and deliver
Frame: finish framing gable ends, frame stairs, frame exterior decks post review by architect & structural engineer, install window blocking, window flashing, caulking, windows & taping, re frame window sill height at units #107,#207 & # 307 at kitchen sink location
Waterproofing : complete foundation exposed waterproofing
Roofing: continue roofing: sloped roofs
Siding: continue AVB / Blue skin, pvc trim
Plumbing : roughs, gas, oil, water separator cast iron tie in & venting
Sprinkler: install roughs pending approved fab drawings
Site: on site services - secondary electrical service, tel data, light poles, sanitary, gas , oil, water separator, get ready for binder
Front porch sono tube excavate
Concrete: form, tie, pour footings and columns for front porches and portico
Week of 11/25/24:

Siding: pvc trim - fascia’s, soffits, rake’s, water table
HVAC - roughs
Electrical - switch gear & roughs
Plumbing - roughs
Sprinkler - roughs
Garage overhead door - install #2 garage man doors
Elevator : scheduling in on the cue/waiting to here back from Ted
Garage man doors  #2 - 3’-0” x 7’-00” welded frames - install
