Site: backfill tel/ data trench
Siding: insulate and tape 3/4” rigid exterior
Sprinkler : standpipe both stairwells 90% complete , level 3,2 & 1 corridor main and unit tie ins
Drywall: pre- rock ,fire tape ongoing , frame & rock garage walls
Electrical: tie in temp electrical service to building via Comcast duct .box units
Hvac: start level #3 roughs
Plumbing: start level #3 rough’s Wednesday 1/14/25
Waterproofing: resume exterior foundation waterproofing

Framer: frame decks, porches, south stair

Week of 1/20/25 -

Siding - tape exterior 3/4” rigid insulation,water table ,light blocks , wall caps for penetrations.
Sprinkler - continue roughs level #3 & #2 & #1
Drywall - fire tape ,pre rock mechanical closets , electrical room
Electrical - box mechanical closets , box units , switch gear electrical room post one side drywall, rough wire units level 3
HVAC: level #3 roughs
Plumbing: continue roughs level #3

Week of 1/27/25 :

Siding: pvc water table
Sprinkler : rough level
Drywall: fire tape ,pre rock mechanical closets
Electrical: level #3 &2 pull wire
Plumbing : roughs level 3 down to level #2
HVAC: rough level #3 down to Level #2
Framer: decks & porches , south stairwell plywood landings
