Week of 5 /13/24 : Layout for phase #2 walls
                                Foundations- tie / form walls / set leveling plates @ interior columns / install beam pockets & top of wall shelf .
                              Inspect re-bar phase #2 walls
                               Build south cmu stairwell walls
                              Prep exterior deck footings
Week of 5/20/24 : Pour phase #2 walls & exterior deck footings / strip walls & exterior deck footings/ de-mobe
                              Start prep for plumbing underground / start north precast concrete retaining wall
                              Damproof /drainage board /insulate phase #2 walls.
                               As built phase #2 foundation
                                Start underground plumbing
Week of 5/27/24 : Underground plumbing prep/ perimeter drain phase #2 /precast concrete retaining wall / backfill foundation phase #2 / prep slab on grade
                               Form column diamond box outs / install 2” rigid insulation at perimeter/ install 6 mill. Poly vapor barrier & 6”x6”x2.9 mil wwf mesh / premoulded filler ( expansion material) / form / box out 1st phase sog pour . Install tow embeds phase #1 &#2
Week of 6/3/24 : Pour phase #1 & #2 SOG
                              Prep site for this week scheduled steel delivery
                          Deliver steel / start erecting
